Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located, just across the road from the Abbey, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms have a wow factor with high-level decoration, and the staff are exceptionally caring. However, the dining experience could be improved with more variety. The location is perfect for exploring attractions, and the hotel is right in the heart of the vibrant high street. Value for money is decent.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, well-equipped, and absolutely spotlessly clean, offering terrific value. The service was wonderful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location was excellent, allowing easy exploration of the charming town with plenty of access to tearooms, pubs, and restaurants. The dining experience was very tasty, with good quality products, but I would have preferred some self-service options. Overall, a top-class guesthouse with friendly and helpful hosts.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, offering stunning views over the Malvern Hills. They were well decorated and stylish, although the access via somewhat challenging stairs was a minor inconvenience. The breakfast was delicious, but the layout with the shower in one cupboard and the toilet in another was a bit unusual.
